Our team conducts on-site inspections throughout the construction process to ensure that all work meets the minimum code requirements.
We oversee elevator compliance by making sure all elevators are maintained and certified each year.
We address unsafe structures and demolish them when required to ensure the community is safe.
We identify and address any violations of building codes, such as unsafe structures and work without a permit, ensuring that all structures are brought into compliance.
